The display building contain three different scales of model railroads, automobiles, horse carriages plus our rest rooms and water fountain. There is ample space for your party as well. It is a great venue for kids of all ages. Renting space in the display building costs $100, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at least three weeks prior to the party date. The remaining $50.00 is due when you arrive to set up your party. We will supply name tags so your guests will not be asked to pay admission as they move around our huge site.

We have a number of tree shaded outside picnic tables. These can be reserved for only a $25.00 non-refundable deposit, required at least three weeks prior to the party date. An additional $25.00 will be due at time of arrival. Unlimited train ride for you and your guests included! See below for party schedule.
TTM's Party Caboose. Seats 30 in air conditioned and heated space.
The caboose was repainted in 2005.
Our Party Caboose, formerly owned and donated by the Putt-Putt Golf Course, and, before that, MOPAC.

We built steps to make getting in and out easier.
While we work on restoring the party caboose back into service, TTM can still provide a unique place to celebrate your next event. While the caboose is being repaired, we can offer you space in our large main display building. This has the advantage of being near our horse carriages, automobiles, model railroad layouts and even the rest rooms! Our picnic tables under shady trees are also still available.

Cost

Zucht Display Building: $100  ($50 Deposit, $50 on Arrival)

Picnic Tables: $50  ($25 Deposit, $25 on Arrival)

  • Admission for all guests included in rental fee.
  • No deposit refunds but rain checks are available.
  • TTM provides tables and chairs for up to 30 people. You are welcome to bring more chairs if you need them.
  • TTM does not supply any food or drinks.

Train-themed party settings (paper plates, cups and napkins)
available for purchase at our gift shop.
