Santa's Railroad Wonderland
(Formerly known as "Santa's Holiday Depot")

San Antonio's best, most family friendly Christmas event.

Santa's Railroad Wonderland is an extravaganza of Christmas activities. There are night
time train and hay rides. Just about every part of our forty acre site is decorated,
from the historic depot, the trains, the garden railroad, our three other scale model
railroad layouts and everything else in between. We have our own character, Choo Choo
Claus. Bring your camera and make your own Christmas memories. Our event has been
bringing joy to thousands of families for ten years.

ADMISSION
Adult - $10.00,     Child (Under 12) - $7.00
FAMILY SPECIAL (2 Adults & up to 5 children) - only $30.00 !!!
Please note: children must be 12 or under to be included in the Family Special
Military and Senior Citizen discounts available.
(Free admission for active miltary personnel and their families DOES NOT APPLY to this event.)
TTM accepts both Visa and Mastercharge cards
FREE PARKING!!!

Opening night, December 4 is a special "Toys For Tots" night with the US Marines.
Free admission for one visitor with a donation of an unwrapped toy worth at least $10.00.
Free admission for the whole family with the gift of three unwrapped toys worth at least
$10.00 each or one larger toy, such as a bicycle or other donation worth at least $30.00.
Operation Homefront

Representatives from "Operation Homefront" will be at the museum on Saturday December 11 to talk about
their work to support the families of military personnel serving overseas. These folks need support in
many areas especially during the holiday season. For example, there is a huge demand for baby and toddler supplies.

Donations from diapers to toys to cash will be gratefully accepted!!!!

Thomas the Tank Engine will be down at the garden railroad layout
Even the volunteers who put up the lights can't count how many there are!
It's for a good cause - TTM is entirely self supporting
THE TRAINS & TRAIN RIDES
Our festive night time trains run on demand all evening!
While folks want to ride we just keep going and going and going.

Enjoy an old time hay ride pulled by our antique John Deere "Johnny Popper" tractor.

CHOO CHOO CLAUS!
Come meet and take your own picture with Choo Choo Claus,
San Antonio's most unique, most active, most fun Santa.


THE BUILDINGS


THE US MARINES & "TOYS FOR TOTS"
TTM is a proud participant in the US Marines "Toys For Tots" program.
On Saturday 4th December only, each person bringing a toy worth at least $10.00 for
"TOYS FOR TOTS" gets FREE ADMISSION !!! The whole family gets in free with the donation
of three toys worth $10.00 each or one large toy, such as a bicyle, worth $30.00 or more.
Also, a portion of admission ticket revenue on this evening
goes to the "TOYS FOR TOTS" program.




THE SAN ANTONIO RAGTIME SOCIETY
Piano players from the San Antonio Ragtime Society play Christmas and Ragtime Music every night.


THE SAN ANTONIO PIPES & DRUMS
The San Antonio Pipes and Drums band will be playing on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14.
