SAGRES at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens, November 2007

In an innovative move, SAGRES, the San Antonio Garden Railroad Engineers Society, based at the Texas Transportation Museum, were invited by the San Antonio Botanical Gardens to install five different operational layouts within various rooms in their conservatory. Each room has a different type of climate and soil, from arid deserts to lush rain forest, and each layout was designed to best use the space available for the benefit of the visitors to the gardens.

Here are a few snaps of the results. CLICK THUMBNAILS TO SEE LARGER IMAGES
