Working outside in Texas is not for the faint of heart

The damage you can see inder the windows was caused by water accumulating on the inside from the leaky windows.

Next on the agenda is fixing that rust damage then repainting the cars. A very expensive proposition, as the appropriate paint costs about $90 a gallon!
